2.- You can narrow in the different categories of products, to facilitate your choice.

  Once you are in the section you want, you can filter by the different subsections

3.- You will have a detailed overview and explanation of the different qualities and the reason for the prices

Once you have selected the product you may see different information of each product

4.- Choose the product that interests you and add it to your basket.

​From each of the products you can select the ones that interest you and add them to the shopping cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button

5.- Once you have chosen a product you can finalize your purchase or continue shopping

With the "continue shopping" or "check out" buttons

6.-Once the purchase is confirmed

The amount will be shown requiring your data registration and destination country

7.- Depending on the country of destination, the taxes will be calculated

The applicable taxes will depend on the destination country

8.- Choose your payment method

You can choose between:

  • Credit card
  • Bank transfer

Bank transfer: Please keep in mind that your order will be placed once the bank notifies us of your payment.

Note.- However if you reside in another country or island which is not covered by this table, please contact us through and we will inform you if there is a possibility to send the products with the respective terms and conditions for shipment

When will I receive my order?

Orders will be shipped from our warehouse within 24/48 hours of payment confirmation. 

In the section  ”Transport according to destination", conditions, prices by country and deadlines are explained. depending on the shipping system you select in your purchase.

There are two types of transportation/shipment:

  • Arial
  • Land

You should bear in mind that in our desire to lend a fast, once the order and payment confirmed, we will prepare shipping immediately.

Once the order leaves our warehouses it is impossible to modify or cancel. If you wish to modify the order please contact us by sending an email to: and if the order has not yet left the warehouse, or if there is any possibility of bringing back the shipment, we will do everything possible to make your change to the order.


How will I know the status of my order?

Once you place the order we will inform you as follows:

  • At the end of the purchase process you will receive an order confirmation by email with the number that we have assigned to it.
  • When we receive the payment notification, either by bank card or bank transfer, you will receive a "confirmation of payment" notice and then we will proceed to prepare the merchandise.
  • Once the merchandise is prepared in our warehouses and we have contacted with the carrier, we will send you a communication with the order details, the transport locator number and the estimated delivery period.
  • You then can enter the page of the Transport Agency and with the locator that we provide you can track the status of the shipment at any given time.


How do they deliver my order?

I did not receive my order correctly ... What do I do?

If, upon receipt of your order, you notice that the packaging is damaged, you can choose:

  • Let the carrier know and do not accept the delivery by making a note on the delivery note and then contact us at and we will quickly find a solution.
  • Open it in front of the carrier deliverer and inspect the merchandise. When you consider that the products are in perfect condition, you can then accept it.

If, when you open the package, you notice that the products we have sent you are not the ones you ordered or are missing:

  • Please contact, us as soon as possible and within a maximum period of 7 calendar days, by writing an email to and we will find a quick solution.

Please indicate:

- Your order reference

- List of products with incidents and a brief explanation

- Photographs

Please note that we will not accept claims that do not meet the stated requirements in the section "General conditions" 

As soon as you inform us of its incidence, we will give you instructions on the steps to be followed for its quick resolution.
